Phone and meeting-update SMS consent
Booking and contact flows may ask for a phone number when it is needed to coordinate a consult or respond to a direct inquiry. If a business or company name is requested, that field is optional and is used only to understand the context for the consult.
By providing a phone number and choosing any SMS consent option shown in a booking or contact flow, you agree that AI Escape may send non-marketing text messages about the consult, such as scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, access, or follow-up logistics. Consent is not required to buy services, and no marketing texts are sent beyond the approved meeting-update scope.
SMS credentials are not configured in this repository, and live SMS sends are not active until provider approval and a later deployment. The current site does not run carrier or textability checks, Twilio Lookup, Verify, live SMS sends, or provider status callbacks.
If SMS delivery is later enabled, AI Escape and service providers such as Twilio may process the phone number, message content, consent record, timestamps, delivery/status metadata, opt-out or help requests, and related audit logs to send meeting updates, honor preferences, troubleshoot delivery, prevent abuse, and keep required records.
Reply STOP to opt out of meeting-update texts, START to opt back in where supported, or HELP for help. You can also contact [email protected] for privacy requests, access or deletion questions, or help changing communication preferences.
Analytics and advertising tools
AI Escape uses analytics and advertising tools to understand how people find and use our websites, improve our services, measure the performance of our marketing, and show relevant ads or follow-up messages. These tools may include Google Ads/Google tag, PostHog product analytics, LinkedIn advertising measurement through the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Business Tools such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
When these tools are enabled, we and our service providers may collect or share information such as pages viewed, button clicks, booking-start and booking-confirmation events, referral and campaign parameters, device/browser information, cookie identifiers, Meta click or browser identifiers, IP address and user agent, and similar event metadata. For booking or lead events, we may share limited contact or lead information, such as an email address or phone number, only when needed for matching and measurement and in a hashed or otherwise protected form where the tool requires it.
Meta may use event data and matched information we send through the Meta Pixel or Conversions API to provide advertising measurement, attribution, reporting, ad optimization, and retargeting or custom-audience functionality, subject to Meta terms and privacy controls. Google, PostHog, and LinkedIn may similarly process analytics, advertising measurement, or conversion data for measurement and improvement.
You can control non-essential cookies and advertising measurement through cookie choices where shown, your browser settings, and the privacy or ad settings offered by Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Analytics and advertising measurement is on by default for ordinary site visits and clicks. If you opt out or withdraw from non-essential tracking, future Meta Pixel/CAPI, PostHog analytics, and LinkedIn Insight Tag events should be disabled where the implementation can honor your browser/session choice.
Cookie choices
Analytics and advertising cookies help measure site visits, booking and lead events, campaign performance, and ad improvement. This may share event data, cookie or device identifiers, and hashed contact details for booking or lead matching with providers such as Meta, Google, PostHog, and LinkedIn.
